1) Booking & Payment
• All bookings are subject to availability & confirmation.
• A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.
• Payments can be made through our accepted payment methods listed on our website or booking platform.
• Full payment must be received before the commencement of the tour or service.
2) Pricing
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupee (symbol: ₹) & are subject to change without prior notice.
• Quoted prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Any increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges or service charges will be passed on to the client.
3) Amendments
• Any request for changes to confirmed bookings is subject to availability & may incur additional charges.
• The agency reserves the right to make changes to itineraries or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
4) Travel Documents & Insurance
• It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas & permits.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies & baggage loss.
5) Client Responsibilities
• Clients are expected to behave respectfully & responsibly during the tour.
• The agency is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the misconduct or negligence of the client.
• Clients must adhere to the rules & regulations of local authorities & service providers.
6) Limitation of Liability
• Bhabaghure Tours & Travels acts as an agency between clients & third-party service providers (Homestays, transport operators, etc.).
• We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any third-party services.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
7) Force Majeure
• We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics or travel restrictions.
8) Intellectual Property
• All content on our website & promotional materials (text, images & logos) is the property of Bhabaghure Tours & Travels & protected by applicable copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalimpong.
