By booking a service with us or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following cancellation & refund policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation prior to departure:

| 02 | 8 days ≤ Cancellation ≤ 14 days | 50 % |
| 03 | 3 days ≤ Cancellation ≤ 7 days | 30 % |
| 04 | Cancellation ≤ 2 days | No refund |
Agency-Initiated Cancellations:
In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Agency, a full refund will be issued or alternative arrangements will be offered.
Refunds will be processed within 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. working days.
